Data deletion

You can ask us to delete your data at any time. Here is how, depending on who you are.

Gym owners (GymDesk account)

  • Email krivyom@gmail.com from your registered email, or with your registered mobile number, with the subject "Delete my GymDesk account".
  • We confirm the request and delete your account, gym data, members, attendance and website within 30 days.
  • Payment and tax records we are legally required to keep are retained only for that purpose.

Gym members

  • To stop WhatsApp messages: tap "Stop reminders" or "Stop offers" in any message, or reply STOP.
  • To delete your details: ask your gym to remove you, or email krivyom@gmail.com with your mobile number and gym name.

Website enquiries

If you submitted an enquiry on a gym website and want it removed, email krivyom@gmail.com with your mobile number and the website address.
