Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Krivyom's products, including GymDesk, the gym websites and campaign pages we host, and this website. By using them you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

You sign in with your mobile number. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device secure. You must be 18 or older and authorised to act for your business.

2. Your data and your members

Data you enter stays yours. You confirm that you have your members' consent to store their details and to contact them on WhatsApp, and you will honour their requests to stop messages. You must not use our products to send spam or messages your members did not agree to.

3. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Google Play (or another method shown at purchase) and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. See Refunds & cancellation.

4. Payments from members

Online payments are processed by Razorpay into the gym's own account. Krivyom is not a party to, and does not hold money from, transactions between a gym and its members. Refunds to members are the gym's responsibility.

5. WhatsApp, AI and third-party services

Some features depend on Meta, Razorpay, Google and other providers. Their availability, approvals and limits are outside our control. AI-generated text and images may contain mistakes — review them before publishing.

6. Acceptable use

  • No illegal, misleading or offensive content on websites, campaigns or messages.
  • No attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer or access other customers' data.
  • No impersonating another business or person.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the service running but provide it "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may end the service with 30 days' notice.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Odisha have jurisdiction.
