Refunds & cancellation

GymDesk subscription

  • You can cancel anytime. Bought through Google Play: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → GymDesk → Cancel.
  • After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We do not charge cancellation fees.
  • Refunds for Google Play purchases follow Google Play's refund policy. If you were charged by mistake, email krivyom@gmail.com within 7 days and we will help.

Member payments to gyms

Membership payments made through GymDesk payment links go directly to the gym through Razorpay. Refunds and cancellations of memberships are decided by the gym. Gyms issue refunds from their Razorpay dashboard; Razorpay usually returns the money to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
